2. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains under what conditions you may return a product, how to request a return or refund, and how we process refunds. This policy applies to purchases made through our website https://dhorxellvortgrax.world and is part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy.

3. Your right to cancel (consumers)

3.1 United States

In the United States, many states do not impose a mandatory "cooling-off" period for online purchases, but we voluntarily offer a return window as described below. Where your state or federal law provides you with a right to cancel or return (e.g. within a certain number of days), we will comply with that law.

3.2 European Union and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your contract (withdraw from the purchase) without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post to the contact details above). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not mandatory. If you request cancellation within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Your right to withdraw does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain supplements) in jurisdictions where such an exception is allowed by law. If that exception applies, we will indicate it at the time of purchase or on the product page.

4. Our voluntary return window

Subject to the conditions below, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If you wish to return a product:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at the email or phone number above, stating your order number (or the email address used for the order) and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization or label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  3. Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable method and keeping proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within a reasonable time (typically 5–10 business days). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee if the product is not in resalable condition, has been opened or used (where we require unopened returns), or if the return does not meet the conditions above.

5. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs you paid to receive the order. We may ask you to provide photos or a short description of the issue. In the case of a defective product, we may request that you return it for inspection; in that case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days after we approve the return and receive the product (or after we confirm a refund for a defective or wrong item). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Products that cannot be returned

For reasons of health and hygiene, we may not accept returns of certain products once the seal has been broken (e.g. opened supplement bottles). If a product is sealed and you break the seal, your right to return may be limited to cases of defect or where the law requires us to accept the return. We will indicate any such restrictions on the product page or at checkout where applicable.

9. International orders

If you ordered from outside the United States, return shipping costs and any customs or import duties are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be made in the currency and to the payment method used for the original order, subject to the same timing as above.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after the update unless otherwise required by law. For orders already placed, the version of the policy in effect at the time of your order applies unless the change is more favorable to you.
